- Leitung eines Teams und Kompetenzausbau
- Aufbau des Leistungsportfolio "Specialty Engineering", Teil des Systems Engineering, welches alle querfunktionalen und Sonderthemen mit Auswirkung auf die Produktentwicklung umfasst
- Teilprojektleitung, Beratung und Begleitung der Projektleiter und Integratoren bezüglich Lasten- und Pflichenheft-Analyse sowie der Ausleitung, Beschreibung und Modellierung von querfunktionalen Anforderungen
- Moderation von Workshops und führen von Interviews zur Ermittlung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Projektleitern und den Kunden
- Kalkulation, Planung und Leitung von internen Werksaufträgen aus den jeweiligen Projekten
- Bedarfs-, Auslastungs- und Lieferantenmanagement in Abstimmung mit dem Einkauf
- Durchführung und Leitung von Dokumentenreviews
- Planung und Berichterstattung über alle Arbeitspakete in Bezug auf Kosten, Zeit und Reifegrad sowie Überwachung aller Risiken und Abhilfemaßnahmen WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN
- Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugbau, Luft- & Raumfahrt oder Systems Engineering
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Systems Engineering sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen mit Führungsverantwortung
- Detaillierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Management- und Planungsprozesse
- Fundierte Erfahrungen mit Systems Engineering Tools, wie z.B. DOORS und EA Sparx
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Verteidigungs-, Automobil- oder Luft- & Raumfahrtindustrie von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
