We are looking for you to support our HR team in Hamburg.

In close cooperation with our HR Business Partners you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support the HR department in day-to-day business and administrative activities: Preparation of contract documents, certificates, templates and personnel files
Independent responsibility for the creation of our reference letters
Independent supervision of our students and interns
Support in the HR onboarding and offboarding process as well as independently onboarding new employees
Administrative maintenance of our time tracking tool
On demand: support in different topics such as e.g.employee engagement

Your qualifications:

Ongoing business studies in the field of economics or psychology, ideally still enrolled for one year
Ideally first experience in the field of human resources
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Independent and solutionoriented work style as well as very good communication skills
