We are currently looking for a highly motivated Accountant (M/F/D) for our Finance team.

You will support the ADVA accounting team in the Shared Service Center in Meiningen (Hybrid) and you will be responsible for the Revenue recognition accounting as well as other accounting areas.

Principle duties and responsibilities- Execute monthly revenue recognition run for service deferrals- Determine manual bundled services and execute monthly postings- Reconciliation of postings and accounts with regards to revenue recognition- Support preparation of Revenue Accounting Reporting- Execute weekly spot checks and document properly- Create fixed assets and post acquisitions

Knowledge, skills and experience required- Commercial vocational training with further training as an accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter (M/W/D/)) or a study in the Finance area- Knowledge of the various accounting regulations (ideally IFRS or US-Gaap)- Experience in financial accounting or controlling in a manufacturing company- Very good knowledge of Excel and ERP (ideally SAP FI / CO)- Good German and English language skills- Structured, committed and accurate way of working as well as strong organizational skills to familiarize yourself with a new area of work and to acquire new knowledge
