We as Global Sales & Distribution are responsible for the implementation of the global sales vision and support our client teams in their daily work to generate additional value for Munich Re's clients.

Our team, which you would be part of, focuses on our CRM solution with subsequent change management, development and maintenance.

Independently working with and motivating the relevant stakeholders & client teams in their offices. Relaying learnings to and aligning adaptive approaches with the entire team. You will gain, use and spread tricks and usability insights developed with the team and our stakeholders.

The opportunity to quickly assume personal responsibility for tasks and sub-projects and have plenty of space for your own ideas and to think on the spot.

Your Profile
- solid communication & presentation skills (written & spoken)
- able to gain insights and put them into actionable tips for users
- empathic and can handle users concerns
- having an IT affinity and knowing CRM systems is a plus
- able to put yourself in user ́s shoes and convince people
- creative and able to think on your feet

Students from countries outside the EU require a German residence-/work permit.
