Project Management Office Assistant (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities:


  • Supporting the Project Lead as well as the Change Management team in daily project tasks of planning and tracking the project progress as central point of contact
  • Coordinating the readiness of our vessels for the project implementation by organizing and coordinating the training resources ship and shore side with colleagues from across the organization
  • Taking responsibility for scheduling and tracking ship and shoreside trainings
  • Supporting the project communication to internal and external stakeholders across the organization
  • Tracking and reporting the progress of the ship deployments across the fleet
  • Capturing feedback and lessons learned during the project
  • Assisting daytoday tasks of preparing management meetings and presentations, managing action items as well as the key project files

Your Profile:


  • Working experience in the fields of Project Management and/or comparable organizational roles
  • Profound IT skills in Microsoft Office
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Reliability, independent work ethic and excellent organization skills
  • Decisionmaking skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Initiative and timemanagement skills
  • Very good communication and teamwork skills
