As an
Intern in Office Management, you will work in the front office by providing operational support and you will be responsible to enable a welcoming experience for both colleagues and visitors.

Your Impact:

You will be in charge of administrative tasks such as managing the mailing box, contracts, supplier invoice scanning etc
You ensure that the office is an enjoyable place to come to and it has everything it needs for our colleagues' day to day operations
You will manage supply ordering and related tasks

Things you bring to the table:

Advanced German and English are a must
You are an actively enrolled student in a university program, preferably in Munich or surroundings
You like to be an early bird and open the office at 8.30 am
You have experience working with the Microsoft Office apps
You have great communication skills, you have an eye for details and you enjoy a lot being around people & dogs
