The Role

Responsibilities:

Support developing marketing pitches and investment ideas presentations and assist in preparing, reviewing and approving investment performance review presentations
Assist portfolio managers and analysts in all feerelated matters (e.g., reporting or adhoc queries)
Deliver on a robust risk control framework (e.g., reviews and reporting)
Assist in setting up alternative investments (e.g., subscriptions)
Together with investor analyst support trading and investment activities on a daily basis (e.g., with regards to opening or closing new mandates, documentation, booking, resolve tech issues)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

Bank apprenticeship preferred
Initial prior work experience in an investment banking, private banking or asset management firm in sales support role or middle or back office function preferred
Fluent in German and in English
PowerPoint and Excel expertise required
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Selfstarter, extremely organized and detailedoriented with strong commitment to accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Good judgment and problem solving skills
Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Exceptional followup and followthrough skills
