Your Role


As Product Growth Intern you will work across Razor Group's entire brand portfolio to launch & successfully scale all new products.

In this fast-paced and entrepreneurial role, you will make a substantial contribution to accelerate Razor Group's future growth & success.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Project management liaising & aligning with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operational execution of different tasks within the process of bringing a product to market & managing this postlaunch.
  • Problem Solving you will think at scale and identify operational issues and define solutions that allow us to streamline & increase efficiency.
  • Developing Strategies / Questioning the Status Quo you will work on identifying and redefining the best strategies and approaches to increase our success rate & topline/bottomline growth.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role you:

  • are pursuing a business administration, economics, or another business-related degree with outstanding academic achievements
- thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and love a proactive, hands-on approach that involves continuous testing and learning
- possess solid project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- are not afraid of measuring your work based on weekly KPIs
- have experience with e-commerce and/or Amazon FBA businesses - this is a plus, but not required
- are business fluent in English and have proficient Excel skills

  • Think Big while still being focused on execution
