Essential Job Functions

Support the department in daytoday business
Assistance in Workshops for Change Management and Continuous Improvement (Preparation, Execution, Sustainment)
Assistance in setup for processes in People Development for the site (Preparation, Execution)
Creation of documents, reports, excel spreadsheets and presentations
Translation from English to German and vice versa

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Students of a technical, economic, or psychological course or comparable
Interest in Continuous Improvement, LEAN, Six Sigma
MS Office user knowledge
Fluent English and German skills both written and spoken
Analytical and conceptual skills
Reliable, selfresponsible and structured work
Good communication and team skills
