DIGITAL BUSINESS INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS


Support the European Consumer Intelligence & CRM Team at Mazda and its operations across all European markets to deliver real-time, contextually aware & hyper-personalized omni-channel experiences to our consumers.

Support the delivery of new consumer experiences from journey design, specification, mapping & implementation starting with the identification of profitable target audiences & segmentation
Support the team in driving Media efficiency, through smart consumer profiling and audience creation for Paid Media Targeting
Support segmentation activities across all Europe for highly efficient targeting activities
Provide reporting and presentations on project progress, problems, and solutions to Consumer Intelligence Manager
Organise and support regular project meetings with cross-functional team at Mazda Europe as well as European markets
Monitor KPI framework
Support the daily operations for Mazda's European CRM platform
Engage in benchmark analyses for CRM Cloud solutions for strategic management decisions
Create newsletters for all European markets around CRM Development and Consumer Intelligence Platform highlights
Engage with the team on CRM Platform Roadmap as well as the Consumer Intelligence Vision & Strategy
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
University degree with focus on Int. Business, Marketing Science, Consumer Behaviour and/or comparable qualification
Ideally previous working experience in Marketing
Preferably experience or high enthusiasm in Marketing / CRM and/or similar
Comfortable presenting in front of audiences
Strong consumer focus - persuasive, plausible, calm and pragmatic with strong analytical, interpersonal affinity
Advanced command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Data-driven mindset ideally combined with experience in analytics tools such as PowerBI
A passion for digital marketing and customer-centric strategies
