    The Capital Management Solutions team is responsible for acquisition, structuring and pricing of special reinsurance solutions with a financially motivated background. This business area with customized solutions is of utmost relevance for the economic success in our core markets in Central Europe, Scandinavia and Israel. We would like to further increase the importance of these solutions and expand our leading market position with the focus on continental European markets. We are looking for a sales-oriented and technically skilled Senior Client Manager to strengthen our existing activities with expertise and creativity. You will work in an extremely qualified and highly motivated team within a business unit that is fully committed to agile project and business management.

    Your job

  • Analysis of current developments in various life and health insurance markets and their implication on the financial situation of insurance companies.
  • Working closely with Client Managers for traditional reinsurance solutions in planning and execution of client activities
  • Identifying business opportunities and developing tailor-made reinsurance solutions as part of the team
  • Independent development and sale of capital-relieve reinsurance solutions under Solvency II as well as local and international accounting standards (IFRS).
  • Active management of internal interfaces during the conclusion of opportunities
  • Preparation and management of the MR-internal decision-making process for concrete opportunities
  • Independent negotiation of reinsurance contracts
  • Monitoring of business development and steering of client relationship

    • Your Profile

  • Very good communication skills (oral and written) in English are a basic requirement, Dutch is an advantage
  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as mathematics or economics
  • Min. 5 years of actuarial experience in life and disability insurance or reinsurance
  • Experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II as well as structuring capital management solutions
  • Entrepreneurial and resullts-driven mindset
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Creative and customer-oriented work-style
  • Organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel even for several days and at short notice
