GLOBAL TEAM LEAD - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, AGENCY SALES:

We are looking for an inspirational client development professional to lead the account management team within our agency sales department, who is located within either Berlin, Barcelona or London in order to connect with our Blacklane hubs.


YOUR ROLE:


  • Drive the revenue and profit of the global Agency account management team
  • Manage all strategic and operational activities of the team (6 people and growing)
  • Coach the team to maintain highperformance
  • Establish relationships with highvalue customers and partners
  • Push innovative thinking steering product changes to meet clients expectations
  • Build relationships with other departments and steer interdepartmental projects
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Operations department to assess results and improve our systems and processes
  • Accurately forecast growth working with the finance team
  • Report to the Head of Agency Sales

ABOUT YOU:


  • You are a selfstarter with an upbeat outlook and exceptional organizational abilities
  • You enjoy building and coaching your team and have a proven track record of doing so
  • Demonstrated successes in B2B sales, travel industry and software account management.
  • Proven understanding of how the travel industry works. Connections with lead agency partners are considered beneficial
  • Proven ability to lead an international account management team (remotely)
  • You're competitive and work at a fast pace. You also have a strong moral compass and do not cut corners
  • You've proven successful in implementing new technological solutions
  • A track record of successfully growing existing business and increasing revenue through the generation of opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation and analytical skills
  • You are a skilled negotiator who creates new ideas for winwin deals
  • Fluent in English. Any additional language is a plus
