Your responsibilities

  • You provide support:
- in all data protection-relevant matters of a car manufacturer in cooperation with the Data Protection Officer (in particular GDPR, Federal Data Protection Act, Telecommunications-Telemedia Data Protection Act)
- the monitoring and organization of data processing agreements (DPA's)

  • You are together with the Data Protection Officer the data protection interface to the departments, subsidiaries and external partners and support project management as well as the preparation and organization of regular meetings
  • You coordinate, check and design data protectioncompliant processes in cooperation with all company departments
  • You support for certifications and its preparations (ISO 27001 / TISAX)
  • You are part of the Legal & Compliance team and work closely with the Data Protection Officer and the Chief Information Security Officer to implement the privacy targets in the company

What you bring along

  • You have completed your studies or similar further education
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience, of which at least 1 year preferably in the areas of data protection, organization, quality management, marketing or consulting
  • You have project management experience and skills, including dealing with collaborative teams and tools
  • You are motivated to work in a crossfunctional and international team
  • You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English
