  • Purpose of Job (Cloud) technology is becoming a key pillar in executing our Chemicals HR strategy at Sasol. Following the global implementation of SAP SuccessFactors the role owner will drive the full design, implementation and support of our global core HR processes. This will allow us to transform and digitalize our people processes further and to support building intuitive and engaging systems for all of our employees.
  • Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
  • You are a thought leader with full topic ownership, working with an agile team to:
  • Deliver innovative optimization and simplification of our core processes (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Compensation)
  • Continually evaluate these solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
  • Be an expert in HR technology best practices, constantly keeping up with the latest trends and technologies in the Digital HR space
  • Owner for core SAP SuccessFactors module configuration, workflow management, business rules and role based security definitions
  • Collaborate with other global product owners on system improvements
  • Act as a liaison between HR and IM as well as thirdparty vendors and coordinate for current system changes and SAP SuccessFactors releases
  • Lead and build ways of working in the team that support digitalisation and agile project management


  • Formal Education

  • Post Graduate Masters Degree in Business Administration oder Computer Science
  • Min Experience
  • Experience: 5+ relevant years
  • Required Personal and Professional Skills
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing HR solutions in a global context
  • Advanced technical understanding of cloud HR systems, specifically SAP Successfactors Employee Central or Recruiting/Onbaording or Compensation
  • Excellent analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills
  • First experience with agile ways of working is a plus
  • Sound leadership experience in managing global resources, while leading a Germany based team
  • German and English language is required
