Your responsibilities and tasks:


  • Preparation, execution and followup of internal/external meetings including invitations, calendar booking, agenda preparation, reports and minutes and organization of corresponding locations
  • Coordination of business travel management, expense reporting, invoicing, contract/document processing and general office management
  • Tracking and control of action points, resubmissions, deadlines, dates, etc.
  • Active participation in selected Group projects and assumption of adhoc special tasks
  • Preparation and support of analyses, reports and statistics and creation of presentation materials / decision papers
  • Effective coordination of decisionmaking processes at top management level and being the professional interface between all stakeholders involved

Your profile and qualifications:


  • Successfully completed business related studies or professional training as a foreign language/European Secretary, Management Assistant or commercial vocational training
  • Several years of proven relevant experience as an Assistant at top management level; preferable in the systems engineering industry
  • Ability to work independently, accurately, and dependable always and demonstrate extraordinary flexibility with adhoc tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and with passion for teamwork, assertiveness to meet timelines if needed
  • Interpersonal/intercultural sensitivity towards all kinds of different conversation partners
  • Open, positive, customeroriented charisma and skillful manners
  • Confidentiality and discretion are a must have
  • Business fluent in English and German, verbally and in writing
  • Professional working with MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
