- Independent and efficient management of various project teams (led by the responsible production manager)
- Coordination, organization as well as quality control of the individual project processes.
- Active design of new work processes in the project business.
- Management of project administration according to specifications/ agreement with production management.
- Preparation of calculations and financing plans after consultation with the production management.
- Budget and cost monitoring.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports/ forecasts.
- Creation and maintenance of communication structures within the department.
- If required, assignment as responsible production manager on own projects.
- Significant experience as a production manager in the non-fiction sector.
- Experience in factual entertainment as well as in the show business is an advantage.
- Business fluent German and English (written and verbal)
- Leadership skills and the ability to take on tasks actively, independently and responsibly.
- Flexibility in terms of time and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage crisis situations.
- Interest in strategic development of the entire company and/or individual divisions.
- Willingness to work abroad.
