Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to build and maintain relationship between all Sandoz Germany Legal Entities and P&O Services.

Another main focus is to implement and follow the global P&O Services strategy in close collaboration with local and global stakeholders and to lead operational excellence, enhance user experience and provide integrated end-to-end delivery of P&O processes and systems within Sandoz.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resources allocation (demand management) to ensure smooth customer experience
  • Service Performance: Monitoring and reporting as well as initiating corrective actions if necessary
  • Overall accountability for the service delivery provided by the H2R teams in line with defined SLAs and KPIs, owns service catalogue
  • Close collaboration within the teams to drive endtoend service experience
  • Proactively review the efficiency of process delivery, drive synergies across P&O Services to improve and cultivate P&O innovation and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with legal framework, P&O policies and standards in close collaboration with P&O Services Head DE/CH
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships within the local, regional and global organization
  • Leads, coaches, motivates, and develops a team utilizing team and individual performance results
  • Identifies and develops training plans to address performance gaps.
  • Manages workload by allocating team resources in line with peak periods, vacation, etc. (capacity planning)
  • Drives cultural change and fosters diversity and inclusion within the cluster team

Minimum requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred (Master degree is preferred)
  • Excellent German spoken and written. Fluency in English
  • 5 years of working experience in SSC environment is an advantage.
  • 23 years professional experience with payroll/coordinating payroll and/or P&O administration.
  • HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferred but not a must.
  • Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred.
  • Experience in other P&O disciplines (e. g., Compensation & Benefits, P&O Business Partner, Learning, etc.) is preferred.
  • Experience in managing virtual/remote teams.
