YOUR TEAM:


As Business Owner (BO) for Vehicle Connectivity Services | ARAS (M/F/d), you are part of the Mobility & Connected Services team - a group of passionate and determined people who continuously strive for pushing the boundaries and who all share the same vision: To provide the best possible customer experience across the entire mobility journey by extended services for connected cars, no matter what brand or product they chose.

In order to achieve our goals successfully, we work with agile development methods such as Scrum, SAFe and Lean.

In this set-up, the BO for Vehicle Connectivity Services | ARAS is a key stakeholder, responsible for achieving business value and business outcome (sales, image, viability, efficiency) and for eliminating risks.

The role is also a key link between services and vehicle related functions within CARIAD as well as towards various group functions and Volkswagen Group Brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Key stakeholder for our Services portfolio operated by our Service platform as link between vehicle device platform and customer touchpoints (Apps)
  • Leverage your analytical, customeroriented and agile mindset to increase the business value and outcome of our crossbrand service portfolio from Proof of Concept via MVP to sustainable customer facing products in a SAFe working model
  • To succeed in your new role, you will need to bring your excellent knowledge about enterprise architectures for automotive, mobile and service aggregators (e.g. parking, point of interests etc.) in order to work in a multidiscipline environment and unite cross functional team and brand preferences
  • Drive analysis across teams and organizational units to identify, establish, grow and standardize changes to deliver the best technical solution in the best team setup in an agile environment
  • Endtoend responsible and accountable for the products of the Agile Release Train (ART) towards the Volkswagen Group Brands entities and functions
  • Continuously work with other Business Owners and relevant stakeholders to improve on current processes within your ART including your own role within these and align them other ART ́s and the solution level
  • Build the connection between customer requirements and technical vehicle capabilities by having good market knowledge and having the ability to translate customer feedback into service development

WHO YOU ARE:


  • University degree in the field of business informatics, business economics or comparable qualification
  • Handson experience in software development (ideally within automotive context) with a minimum of 57 years of professional experience
  • Strong technical management and leadership skills as well as ability to think strategically about complex multibrand requirements and convert to straightforward, aligned and timely solutions
  • Experienced in working with Clevel stakeholders and business owners as well as the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, agile and collaborative environment
  • Skilled at developing and exercising crossfunctional influence; translating between brand business owners, technical teams and portfolio management
  • Mindset to work in continuously changing processes and strong passion to develop and shape them further while taking strategic company goals into account
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus
