Beschreibung

Jimdo was founded in 2007 with the mission to unleash the power of small business owners and help them thrive.

Our founders realised that small businesses are the backbone of the global economy but are far less catered to than larger businesses.

Jimdo set out to help these organisations by offering a wide range of tools to help boost online and digital presence.

We are available in 12 different languages today, and helped build over 15 million websites, ranging from online stores, blogs, business websites, and more.

We are about 250 people strong today, with a multinational team, but with a strong anchor in the DACH region.

It's an exciting time, as we are about to launch several new products to support the micro-businesses of the world; tools such as Compliance services, CRM systems, and many others that will help transform the way we support our customers.

This is why we want to work with some of the best and brightest to help us make a difference to small and micro-businesses.

Senior People Business Partner
We are in the middle of one of the most exciting transformations in our company's history.

With the move to focus on the new micro-business market, we are keen to build out our expertise within the HR team to match.

As our company transforms, we need to bring transformative talent into the organisation who can help us accelerate along the desired trajectory.

Additionally, our current people managers require support to engage, develop and train the talent in their teams, thus building a high-performance culture throughout Jimdo.

To support us with this, we are looking to bring on board a Senior People Business Partner who can help us shape and influence the direction of the organisation from a people perspective.

This person will help us improve our recruitment function and processes, building best-in-class systems to hire the best talent out there.

In parallel, they would support the Head of HR with interfacing with the wider business, supporting business leaders on implementing accelerators within the business, such as resilient Salary Benchmarking, Performance Management processes, driving employee engagement, and making Jimdo a best company to work for etc.

You would be reporting to the Head of HR and lead our recruitment team. As such, we are looking for a strong recruitment professional, with expertise in hiring niche digital talent. Ideally, you will have exposure to HR topics, but known how to interface with business leaders and drive results. You enjoy building businesses, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
