The part you will play
As the travel industry rebounds strongly from the pandemic we are upgrading our global partner network.

As our new Head of Supply you manage the expansion of our supplier partnerships around the world and help bring it to the next level in terms of quality, price competitiveness and technology.

You will be responsible for the following:

Leading a team of ten regional key account managers responsible for supplier management across the globe.
Finetuning our framework of key performance indicators to monitor the work of the team and to identify improvement potential in terms of quality, pricing, supply and availability in a datadriven manner.
Recruiting and training of new team members.
Proactively identifying and executing business initiatives to achieve product excellence, reduce supplyside pricing and improve customer satisfaction.
Removing obstacles for the team through close collaboration with other teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech).
Translating crosscompany projects and product initiatives into local handling procedures for team members.
Participating in crossdepartmental projects in line with the strategic vision of talixo.

What are we looking for

5+ years of experience in leading operational teams with more than 10 team members.
Extensive experience in the ground transfer industry.
Negotiation and contracting skills.
Experience in scaling operational teams by multiple of size and volume.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience working with metrics and dashboards.
Deep understanding of process and project management. Completed courses and certifications are considered a strong plus.
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English.
You know how to establish rapport and gain the trust of others.
You can and know how to perform under the stress of frequent interruptions.
You are a team player and collaborate well with colleagues.
