Responsibilities:
Determine the goals/OKRs of the backend team for the BRP period
Preparation of the implementation planning in the IT Impact Assessment
Quality assurance and consolidation of requirements for the CRM backend team
Coordination of requirements and priorities together with ITSMs
Pre/postpreparation of sprint planning, backlog grooming and big room planning for the backend team
Progress reporting (burnup/burndown charts) of the CRM backend team
Preparation of the forecast for resource requirements
Creation of E2E test cases
Implementation of the RfC Board for the release of line CRs
Responsible for: Backlog of the CRM backend team, Implementation of the RfC Board
Consulted on: Creation of user stories/epics for the CRM backend team, Big Room Planning
Collaborates with: Head of Software Development, Director 'Digital Factory, Lead Developer CRM Backend Team, ITSMs
Team Efficiency (Burn-Down)
Development quality
Code quality and level of automation
Production and defect statistics

Qualifications:
