Responsibilities:
Implementing and tailor a strategic, comprehensive telecommunication information security and IT risk management program
Working in a European team of Cybersecurity Experts.
Executing our client's country level strategies for cybersecurity, ensure that strategies and frameworks to be aligned with our client's global business strategy, our client's overall cybersecurity architecture, as well as customer requirements and regional requirements.
Working directly with internal and external stakeholders and business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes
Serving as the countrylevel spokesman for cybersecurity to keep the stakeholders updated and promote our security vision, concepts and fulfilment enhancing trust and show our client's cybersecurity attitude.
Maintaining and enhancing effective communication channels with major international security authorities, industry associations and strategic customers and maintaining communications on a regular basis to acquire security requirements and presenting our client's cybersecurity vision and governance achievements
Participating in industry exhibitions and forum events to build a credible and trust image of our client that markets endorse in the field of cybersecurity by adequate face time on communications
Promoting cooperative development with third party security firms and universities as required.
Providing expertise and guidance on cybersecurity affairs and interpretation of regional security policies
Assisting with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems.

Qualifications:

Strong execution capabilities to enable strategies being translated into actions, analyze the essentials of complicated problems, provide practical advice, initiate plans and drive them into practice.
A thorough knowledge of ICT and Telecoms industry with relevant background is preferred
Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST same as German cybersecurity laws and standards is preferred
8+ year of relevant experience and perform influential impacts in field of cybersecurity
Excellent hard and soft skills including public speaking skills to effectively present with accurate messages and good interpersonal and social skills to interact with participants in the press conference and public events.
Experience with high level stakeholder including regulatory, municipality and vendor communication is required.
German native and English business level
