What you'll do:

You are responsible for the resource planning to ensure the deployment strategy and operations in support of evolving business and Talent priorities
You monitor daytoday project activities and corresponding resourcing
You will also be involved in the planning of process or projectspecific software tools
Providing project managers with support when it comes to resource management issues or improving resource management processes
You effectively manage key project risks and issues
You are at the forefront of setting delivery and project management standards within the Program Infrastructure Community

Who you are:

You have at least 35 years of demonstrated experience in IT project management gained in industry, consultancy, or clientside in large and complex organizations
Your project management experiences are ideally supplemented by PMP or IPMA Level D/C certification
You have excellent communication, influencing, and problemsolving skills within IT and with the business at all levels
You understand business change/adoption management and communication planning
You are proficient in MS Office
You are fluent in German and English
You are willing to travel occasionally to KNAUF locations on all continents
