Aufgaben:


If you like to work in a dynamic international environment, you would be the ideal addition to our team in Stuttgart.

We are responsible for Digital Customer Experience and Marketing Communications Mercedes-Benz Cars for the Region Overseas, covering more than 150 countries in Africa, Asia Pacific, South East Asia, South America, Middle East and Central Eastern Europe.

**Your tasks will include but are not limited to: - Support in regional steering in line operations with markets and agencies

  • Assistance with rollout and operations for OneWeb, Salesforce Interaction Studio and Customer Data Platform
  • Participation in managing interfaces between various digital customer touch points
  • Collaboration in Data Analytics and Marketing KPI projects: website analytics, digital marketing KPIs, performance dashboards
  • Monitor and update performance of Digital KPIs on monthly basis and report them to management
  • Support in communication with markets, agency and internal stakeholders like Digital House on various projects and topics
  • Administration of central marketing systems and tools
  • Assistance with preparation of decisiontemplates and presentations

Qualifikationen:


  • Studies in the field of Marketing, Communications, Business Informatics, Business Management or similar Experiences with MS-Office, Project Management tools (KanBo, Asana, etc.) preferred
  • Very good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Engagement
  • Analytical mindset
  • Practical experience in the area of digital marketing, strategic planning or in a media/digital agency is beneficial
