We are looking for a


Student Assistant (f/m/div) - International Office & Student Life
part-time hours/week).


Do you have a detail-orientated and meticulous working style and would like to be part of a supportive and dedicated international team? Then this is the working student position for you The contract shall commence as soon as possible and is limited for a maximum of two years.


Your tasks:

  • Administrative implementation of Student Life Cycle data management
  • Support with internal and external student statistics
  • Maintenance and expansion of internal knowledge management
  • Assistance with general administrative tasks and in the organization of student events

Your profile:

  • Enrolled at a German University for the duration of the contract (two years)
  • Affinity for numbers and logical thinking skills
  • Accurate & thorough personality traits
  • Strive to improve structures and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
  • Handson approach and proactive service orientation
  • Reliable and an independent working style
  • Strong intercultural competences
  • Very good oral and written skills in German and English
