Hotel Operations Specialist Our future Hotel Operations Specialist successfully

Supervises, controls and monitors the operational performance of designated hotel management clients;
Works in close cooperation with the field experts, to ensure that vessels are operated as per Service Level Agreements with the Owner(s);
Creates, reviews and monitors annual hotel operations budget(s), as per Owner's financial year guidelines, with guidance of the Hotel Operations Manager;
Monitors, controls and followsup on our standard reporting requirements;
Maintains constantly our product standard instructions and the respective manuals;
Communicates constantly with and periodic inspects the operations onsite;
Provides 24/7 emergency response;
Maintains the health & hygiene standards of the operations assigned in accordance with applicable rules & regulations;
Participates in assigned projects.

Your experience includes:

A minimum of two (2) years of managerial experience in Hotel Management;
University degree or apprenticeship in one of the fields (or affiliated): economics, tourism, hotel or cruise management;
Good leadership, controlling and communication skills;
Good knowledge of the hospitality industry and applicable rules and regulations;
A teamplayer, supporting interaction with colleagues of other departments;
Profound knowledge of HACCP, US Vessel Sanitation Program, EU-Shipsan and Marpol regulations are of advantage;
Highly proficient in spoken and written English, French skills on conversational level are of advantage;
Good command of the current ITstandard software;
Willingness to travel;
The ability to perform under pressure and enjoying the interaction with clients complete your profile.
