The Department IT Business Solutions for Investment Services - Digital & Automation delivers business value through the management of IT products including execution of change projects for all the central systems of our Asset and Investment Management partner.

Your job

Work handson to document and implement test cases to support new product / project enhancements
Lead regression and performance testing of existing solutions
Produce reliable assessments of software readiness
Participate in design and testing sessions across teams
Support implementing automated testing solutions for operational efficiencies
Help create requirements for system enhancements or defect resolutions
Designs and implements Test Data Mgmt. solutions based on defined frameworks
Implementation of the documentation of KAIT/ VAIT requirements as part of test management
Working closely with TQE-TGA Team to mitigate TSA (Test Smell Analysis) assessment findings to achieve a high level of test quality
Requests and manages test environments (e.g. Monitoring, Incident Mgmt. and Change Mgmt.) and takes responsibility for setup of new test environments

Your profile

University degree in Computer Science / Engineering or similar qualification.
Several years of experience managing testing team members and execution of test plans
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes, MR Essentials is a plus
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar certification
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work globally across entities and cultures
Domain knowledge in ECM required, HR and Website projects are a plus
Fluency in English and German
