Our Offer

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated student (Bachelor's or Master's level) to join our dynamic Process Development team asLaboratory Student Assistant (m/w/d) in mRNA Production.

This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, contributing to the production and development of mRNA therapeutics.

Your tasks

Lab Operations: Work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical experience in mRNA production processes. Produce and characterize nanoparticle formulations
Quality Control: Assist in quality control procedures to ensure the production of highquality mRNA products
Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize existing mRNA production processes and contribute to the development of new protocols
Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and results
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to support various stages of mRNA production

Profile:

Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology)
Strong interest in mRNAbased therapies and a desire to contribute to cuttingedge research
Basic laboratory skills and knowledge of molecular biology techniques
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months
You have good written and spoken English skills
