Marketing Specialist Online Study Programs (m-f-d)
(Full-time, 38,5 hours/week; unlimited)

Your responsibilities:

Tracking of the customer journey across channels and media as well as constant optimization of user experience, customer journey, and targeting at all touch points
Expansion and further development of our paid ad strategy and activities as well as the website
Independent management of projects, including the planning and control of deadlines, costs and processes
Advice and support for the business units on marketing issues
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for online programs
Monitor and analyze student engagement and program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
Attend virtual events and networking opportunities to connect with potential students and industry professionals
Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in online education

Your qualifications:

Completed studies in the field of marketing and media or comparable training
Several years (35 years) relevant professional experience in the planning, creation and performance control of campaigns
Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud Advantage
Experience promoting online programs and/or education services
Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is advantage
Intercultural solid awareness and competencies
Great willingness to travel (flexible working hours)
