Your areas of responsibilities:

Support the campaign managers in developing campaigns, briefings, asset

- and toolbox-production

Coordinate projects within the Team and Go-ToMarket department, coordinating requirements for developing campaigns across all categories
Drive campaigns through various communication systems and tools, as the Marketing toolbox, MAM, and others
Support in briefing and coordinating internal and external copywriter and graphic departments
Act as point of reference for international requests and campaign rollout
Main responsible for keeping internal content system up to date, keeping an eye on usage rights
Taking care of researching relevant sources for content, such as scientific publications, industry media and social media outlets, always in coordination with the Campaign manager
Managing budget responsibilities such as communication budget controlling, setting up purchase orders and following each through to payment
Creating market and competitor analysis in collaboration with product marketing

Your profile of qualification:

A degree in business administration, marketing or a comparable degree
First professional experience in a comparable Position in marketing, brand management, communications or comparable position
Project management skills
Fluent in English, German is a plus
