Your tasks:

  • Drive innovation and stay at the forefront of new technologies. Proactively identify, communicate, analyze, and follow through on relevant emerging trends
  • Act as a bridge between Product Management and Development teams, ensuring the smooth adoption of new practices
  • Proactive assumption of professional leadership responsibility to ensure resultsoriented corporate goals, particularly in the field of groundbreaking developments
  • Champion individuals, projects, and ideas while respecting the autonomy of Product and Development management
  • Strive for the continual improvement of the business, its systems, and processes
  • Support and champion modern development methodologies and processes in software development within the company
  • Foster inspiration within our organizational structure and motivate employees to further develop an innovative and forwardthinking culture

Your profile:

  • Excellent degree or higher in business science, IT, economics or a closely related fields of study
  • Many years of experience in product management and in the management of successful IT projects
  • Precise and methodical way of working with a goal
- and problem-solving-oriented hands-on mentality and a sense for innovation

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers / ability to communicate effectively with senior management and board members.
  • Excellent understanding of business processes and organizational structures, coupled with a confident, communicative personality, strong selfmotivation, and a focus on entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working in an international environment and defining processes and projects in order to develop structures for future requirements
  • Very good written and spoken English. Knowledge of German language skills are desirable
