Your tasks:

Drive innovation and stay at the forefront of new technologies. Proactively identify, communicate, analyze, and follow through on relevant emerging trends
Act as a bridge between Product Management and Development teams, ensuring the smooth adoption of new practices
Proactive assumption of professional leadership responsibility to ensure resultsoriented corporate goals, particularly in the field of groundbreaking developments
Champion individuals, projects, and ideas while respecting the autonomy of Product and Development management
Strive for the continual improvement of the business, its systems, and processes
Support and champion modern development methodologies and processes in software development within the company
Foster inspiration within our organizational structure and motivate employees to further develop an innovative and forwardthinking culture

Your profile:

Excellent degree or higher in business science, IT, economics or a closely related fields of study
Many years of experience in product management and in the management of successful IT projects
Precise and methodical way of working with a goal

- and problem-solving-oriented hands-on mentality and a sense for innovation

Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers / ability to communicate effectively with senior management and board members.
Excellent understanding of business processes and organizational structures, coupled with a confident, communicative personality, strong selfmotivation, and a focus on entrepreneurial thinking and action
Enthusiasm and enjoyment of working in an international environment and defining processes and projects in order to develop structures for future requirements
Very good written and spoken English. Knowledge of German language skills are desirable
