_Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HR cost controlling processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HRrelated financial data.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and finance teams to establish and monitor budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for HRrelated activities.
  • Prepare comprehensive HR cost reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Analyze HR cost drivers, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize HR expenses and improve overall costefficiency.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of HR cost centers, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Support the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure HR department effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and systems, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, and employee development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to nonfinancial stakeholders effectively in English; Spanish and German is desirable
  • Detailoriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a proactive and solutionoriented mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in crossfunctional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
