    Your challenge:

    As a Senior Payroll Specialist (d/f/m), you will join the People Operations Team to deliver high-quality service to Taxfix employees.

    In this role, you will be responsible for payroll, VSOP management, and our benefits program ensuring high results and constant growth.


    Your responsibilities:

    You are responsible for preparing payroll and coordinating the execution of it for our entities in Germany, Spain, and Italy as well as for the employees hired via the EOR.You are the go-to person for all the questions related to payroll in each of our locations.

    You don't necessarily need to know all the answers. It's important that you are able to liaise between our payroll provider and the employee.
    You work closely with Finance to assure timely payroll execution & payroll reconciliation.

    You work closely with Finance and the People and Organisation Team to align on employee cost center allocation and organisation structure.

    You are responsible for checking the invoices related to payroll and assuring that those are correct.

    You are responsible for on- and offboarding Taxfix employees to our VSOP management system Ledgy as well as answering basic questions about our VSOP program.

    You are responsible for maintaining the data in Ledgy based on the VSOP structure/map.
    You are responsible for our Benefits (checking invoices, adding benefits to payroll, answering benefits-related questions, managing each provider's portal.
    You support the team with contract creations and amendments as well as employee certificates outside of payroll "rush hour".


    Your profile:

    You have a minimum experience of 4+ years in a comparative role (HR administration / HR manager / People Operations or HR generalist) within a fast-paced organization.

    You have the ability to work under a high level of pressure, manage a high volume of work and have a natural ability to change priorities and can adapt to changing business needs.

    You bring organisational skills and passion for enabling others to be as organised as you through the creation and implementation of intuitive processes.

    You are a problem-solver and have a can-do attitude.

    You have a decent knowledge of german labor, tax, and social security law (in relation to payroll) and very good research skills.

    Italian labor law experience is a plus.
