As part of our dynamic project team, you can play a key role in the management of tax issues as well as in liquidity planning.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team member who finds new ways of thinking and can react flexibly to the requirements of our customers.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You carry out the weekly payment runs and are responsible for the processing and reconciliation of foreign exchange, forward transactions and the guarantee management
  • You support the implementation and management of shortterm financial and liquidity planning on the basis of accounting and controlling data
  • You will prepare regular management reports and cash planning.
  • You are also responsible for the administration and further development of the Treasury Management Systeme (proAlpha, Coupa, TIS)
  • You will be responsible for coordinating and processing tax matters in cooperation with external tax advisors and the group's internal tax department
  • Preparation of questions of international tax law, in particular of permanent establishments, as well as withholding tax matters
  • Support in fulfilling compliance obligations regarding registration obligations, filing tax returns, etc.
  • Project advice on tax issues (e.g. contract setup)
  • You take care of the transfer price documentation

Show your expertise:


  • You have a degree in business administration (university, university of applied sciences) and / or comparable traineeship (accountant) with experience in one of the abovementioned areas
  • First professional experience in the field of treasury / accounting and taxes is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary
  • You have already gained initial experience with relevant ERP and cost accounting systems (e.g. proAlpha or SAP)
  • You are a team player with a strong "handson" mentality and the necessary assertiveness
  • You have analytical/strategic thinking skills and work in a very solutionoriented manner
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a structured way of working and very good communication skills round off your profile
  • You are fluent in English language, both written and spoken
