The job:

Your tasks:

Support in data integration and synthesis, in particular in:

Analysis of coupled soil sensor, microbiome, root gene expression and morphology data from maize field and pot experiments using multi-variate fusion and integration techniques
Support in statistical evaluation of our data
Conceptual work, synthesis
Initiating and writing of integrated publications and metaanalyses

Your profile:

Strong background in multivariate statistics and/or data analysis for one or more of the abovementioned data sources, including use of R
Skilled in scientific writing
PhD related to rhizosphere or root research, soil science, plant physiology or microbiology or statistical evaluations related to those topics
Very good communication & English writing skills
Ability to work independently and motivated to work in an interdisciplinary team
