They owe their success to their innovative technology-driven approach to software development and data-driven decision-making.

As an Enterprise Architect you will working closely with the C-suite and will have the autonomy to make an impact and positive change across the Digital Marketing vertical of the business.

You will have team of Solutions Architects reporting directly into you and with partner with stakeholders from across the business.

In particular they are looking for someone with a strong background in Digital Marketing, Customer experience or Customer Data, who has a proven track record to instigating change.

Someone who can take critical business ideas and translate it to enterprise IT transformation. Someone who enjoys complex problems and has the gravitas to alleviate pain points with ease.

You will be tasked with creating the roadmap to creating the most modern approach to enrich customer data which in-turn drives business decisions which creates the best customer experience.

You will be part of growing 1000+ workforce, headquartered in Munich and have currently 10 other global offices.

The business is set on taking a larger chunk of the global ecommerce market in their sector and you will be one of the thought leaders of this journey.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with equivalent experience
Over 8 years of progressive experience in Information Systems or related area with proven experience as a business analyst or business intelligence.
Over 3 years of experience working Marketing or Sales System as a Data Architect with coverage of a few of the following areas: CMS, BPM, CRM, customer journey mapping, digital marketing and similar topics.
Strong experience in data architecture, business intelligence and consulting services, implementation, customerfacing, vendor management, and project management.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with demonstrated ability delivering functional use cases and processes.
Experience communicating technical information to stakeholders, peers, management, and nontechnical team members. Experience communicating functional requirements to highly technical team members.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across the team with a growth mindset propensity towards action and learning.
Ability to handle many projects simultaneously in a highpaced environment
