Regional HR Manager DACH

This is a fixed term employment until Dec 31st


Role purpose


For our location in Frankfurt we are looking for a service-oriented and pragmatic HR Generalist (M/F/d) to become part of our global HR team in a future-oriented and innovative company.


Key accountabilities

  • Independent support and coaching of the (international) managers for the DACH locations as well as a defined business area in Germany on all personnelrelated issues
  • Ensuring bestinclass HR service throughout the Employee Life Cycle
  • Implementation and safeguarding of labor law requirements in daytoday HR work
  • Administration of local benefits
  • Proactively collaborating with the global HR team to design and locally execute strategic initiatives
  • Advice on and implementation of personnel development measures in cooperation with the global Learning & Development team

Role specific requirements
Skills & Experience

  • Completion of a relevant bachelor's or master's degree (HR, psychology or similar) or relevant professional training
  • Previous professional experience in HR required
  • Knowledge of German collective bargaining and labor law and experience in working with works councils are advantageous
  • Experience of working in an international work environment would be an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • Enjoy working in an international team
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Strong customer and service orientation
  • Enjoy working independently, both in the operational HR area and in the implementation of companywide HR strategy.
