To support our UX & Product Design team, we are looking for a new:

Senior Product & UX Designer (f/m/d)
(Hybrid in Berlin/ Full-time/ Permanent Contract)

We are a product-driven organization looking for a Senior Product and UX Designer to help us innovate on a platform that delivers data-rich reporting and insights that help our customers win.

We are seeking for an individual with creative vision, customer obsession, and technical acumen to deliver user-centric design solutions and experiences.

Your primary role will be to research and design value-driven usable interfaces, perform usability testing, and create prototypes to validate design concepts.

This position will be reporting to the Senior Director, UX & Product Design.

Responsibilities:

Leverage a humancentered design process to lead and deliver easytouse user interfaces and user experiences.
Ability to understand business metrics and translate company goals and objectives into innovative solutions for a wide variety of product design features and digital experiences.
Keep the customer in mind at all times with each initiative, product, feature and user story to ensure ease of use, consistency and customer satisfaction.
Advocate for design solutions, highlighting inputs that influenced the decisions including business and user goals, demographic and usage data, and research findings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to allow you to work closely with and communicate ideas to Product Managers, Developers, and other crossfunctional stakeholders.
Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing features by actively participating in user research and assessing performance metrics.
Develops high level, detailed storyboards and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Create prototypes, and highfidelity mockups to effectively conceptualize and communicate highlevel design strategies.
Prototype design solutions for review, testing, and handoff to engineering.
Ensure products are tested with customers and validated against business and usability goals.
Balance experimentation with execution and delivery.
Present design work to multiple teams for review and feedback.
Work on both release track and future vision concepts for your product.
Contribute to the UX foundation resources and assets repository, such as the design system, style guides, and design pattern library.
Contributes to the organizations shared knowledge of usercentered design and research methodologies.
Serve as liaison for the UX team from the Berlin/Brno office.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, humancomputer interaction, interaction design, or a equivalent experience and certifications
Selfstarter who consistently sets high standards for themselves, the team and the work delivered
Strong working knowledge of UX design and User interface design principles
Experience with user testing and usability analysis
Strong affinity for technology
Work independently to lead and drive large initiatives.
A conceptual thinker with the ability to analyze and break work down into near and long term phases.
Excel at managing and influencing a broad stakeholder group.
Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results on time in a high pressure, dynamic environment.
Knowledge and proficiency with industry tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Jira are required.
