The Business Development Sales team is constantly on the hunt for new Partnership opportunities with banks across Europe.

Our team consists of the Regional Sales Directors and a manager in charge of Sales Operations who together speak to potential clients, analyse these opportunities and ultimately bring these opportunities to one of the Raisin platforms.


Your Responsibilities:


  • As Sales Director DACH it is your main responsibility to look for potential banking partners in the market and build campaigns to bring these clients into the Raisin ecosystem
  • You develop the partnerships by working closely with the potential partner to align on collaboration. Also close collaboration with other Raisin teams to ensure these partners brought in during the sales process are onboarded smoothly onto our platform.
  • You coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Product Management, Onboarding, Customer Service and Operations to align on the best solution for the partner.
  • You have a handson mentality and take on, for example, reach outs to prospects clients and prepare customized pitches with relevant information and documents

Your Profile:


  • You enjoy and are experienced in communication with external and internal stakeholders.
  • You have a track record of professional experience in a similar field, ideally in the financial sector, at a FinTech or a comparable company.
  • Understanding of the deposit market, as well as banking processes and banks IT infrastructure.
  • You are proactive and would like to play an active role in shaping the partnerships and are a strong team player.
  • As you will cover the DACH region, native German skills are required. Additionally, good knowledge of English is also required for internal communication.
  • Willing to travel for meetings within DACH region and across Europe.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
