Your mission:

Your Tasks:

Establish metrics with test data sets for quantification on workflow/device reliability, data reproducibility, data performance metrics, etc
Define verification and validation tests against specifications at system level
Write and Align Verification and Validation plans, execute the processes on different development stages (e.g. alpha, beta, pilot units) and circle back to development owners
Define test criteria and verify customer specific workflows after initial development steps or proof of principle studies
Perform final development and validation of Protein Assays
Develop specifications and QC metrices for hand over to manufacturing and QC departments
Lead and grow the Functional testing and assay verification team as part of the system integration department.

Your profile:

PhD in Life Sciences
Experience in molecular and/or biochemical assay development
Experience in interfacing with manufacturing and quality departments
Experience with multidisciplinary development projects and working with crossfunctional teams
Experience with Data handling, aggregation, and reporting
Experience with liquid handling, microscopy / fluorescence imaging systems and lab automation are preferred
Experience in people management and strong leadership skills
Selfstarter comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced, results driven environment
