**HR Business Partner (d/f/m)
**As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are the primary HR interface with the business; you support and advise employees and managers on all HR related topics. You act like an HR consultant in how you partner with, listen to and advise your local business area.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Becoming a true partner to the business and advising local and transnational managers in their management role in line with the HR strategy
  • Ensuring adherence to HR policy, Ethics & Compliance standards & national labour regulations towards the management.
  • Listening to the people in your business area, showing understanding and empathy and supporting them through their HR related topics.
  • Developing and coaching employees and managers also in change processes
  • Advising managers and employees on the yearly HR cycle (people tempo) mainly career development, supporting the deployment and integration of people development, remuneration and talent management processes, supporting team and focus reviews
  • Tracking performance and ensuring appropriate consequential management
  • Deploying the company's strategy on people related matters and adapt them to the business needs and specific context.
  • Translating business objectives into recruiting and retaining strategies and routes to market.
  • Working in partnership with the hiring managers and the recruiting business partner to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate recruitment strategies.
  • Contributing to a trusting dialogue with the local social partner
  • In addition to daytoday HRBP role, you will participate in relevant site/crosssite HR initiatives and projects, at local, divisional or Group level.

Desired skills and qualifications

  • A high level of emotional intelligence as well as good listening and coaching skills.
  • Generalist HR knowledge, proven experience as HRBP with strong change and strategic competencies.
  • A highly proactive mindset, the ability to anticipate and address business issues and offer solutions to managers.
  • Building & managing relationships in a trustful manner
  • Good communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and networking abilities in a transnational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
  • C ustomer focused who can deliver a worldclass service to business.
  • Experienced in Workday is a plus
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent in business administration, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Fluent in German and English.
