Your role


As a Sales Administrator (part-time, 20h), you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring efficient operations within Munich Electrification's sales department.

Your primary responsibilities will include order processing, customer support, sales documentation management, and providing general administrative assistance to the sales team.


Your future tasks at a glance:

  • Order processing & contract management
  • Check data accuracy in orders, invoices and contracts
  • Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Liaise with the Operations/logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Assist in coordinating sales activities, including organizing sales meetings, preparing presentation materials
  • Maintaining sales databases and customer records
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Provide general support to the sales team

What you bring with you:


  • A successfully completed commercial education and/or degree or equivalent qualification, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry.
  • First experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and German language skills.
  • Very good SAP and MS-Office skills.
  • A strongly developed serviceoriented mindset, following the motto "Get stuff done."
  • An extremely structured and precise way of working, combined with a high affinity for working with numbers.
  • Team player with strong communication skills
