As a Junior Marketing Automation Manager, you will be pivotal in helping our team transform operational marketing challenges into opportunities for growth and efficiency. As a valued member of our Growth Marketing team, you will leverage your knowledge and expertise to further optimize our marketing automation setup, enhance inter-departmental collaboration, and increase overall productivity.

Your role in a team:

• You will optimize our current marketing automation set up incl. integrating tools and driving smart process automation with cutting edge tech solutions.
• You will have ownership of creating and maintaining our lead and conversion funnels along with working on new funnel features
• You are inspired by workflow automation and drive the team towards efficiency and smart automation strategy
• Co-responsible for all things Automation, you will be working alongside Sales Operations, Product, Performance Marketing & Data in order to drive great customer experiences through various projects e.g. API Integrations for automated workflows, Lead Nurturing and more.

What you need to be successful:

• Experienced with Marketing Automation topics.
• Experienced and/or interested in workflow automation tools such as Zapier or n8n
• Understanding of lead generation flows & design, and an interest in ramping up this knowledge
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
• Fluent in English both written and spoken, German is a plus.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation or digital marketing preferred.
• Proficiency in Website Tag Management Tools/Solutions (We use Google Tag Manager, but experience with any similar tool is also relevant)
• Experience with workflow Automation Platforms (We use Zapier but any experience with , n8n, Superblocks, would also be beneficial here)
• Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated proficiency with technology and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.
• Comfortable with working with cross-functional stakeholders and being involved in a variety of projects.
• Naturally curious and keen on taking initiative and identifying processes that can benefit from being streamlined.

Nice to have:

• Programming Languages: SQL, Python, JavaScript
• CRM Tools (We use ActiveCampaign but any experience with Hubspot, Mailchimp or other tools would be beneficial here)
• Data Analysis skills (Collecting clean data and presenting it to help stakeholders understand the impact of a project)
• Any side-projects :) Time to flaunt Any project where you've shown curiosity and initiative would be a big plus
