Your tasks:

Creation and control of the planning process incl. documentation and reporting
Cost center and cost unit accounting
Allocation rate and overhead rate calculation
Preparation and responsibility of the operational monthly results
Preparation of efficiency and profitability analyses, including analysis of deviations and derivation of appropriate measures
Development of benchmarks, amortization calculations and product calculations as well as investment tracking
Preparation of adhoc analyses for the management board
Independent assumption of tasks within the scope of projects
Business partner for the specialist departments (e.g. project management, R&D, sales) and the Group
Continuous optimization and further development of existing controlling processes and tools with a focus on digitization projects
Establishing a controlling team and taking over the professional and disciplinary management of the employees

Your qualifications:

Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering or comparable training
Several years of professional experience in operational controlling, preferably in a projectoriented, manufacturing company
First leadership experience desirable, but we are also happy to take the first steps in leadership together with you
Very good knowledge of MS-Office, especially Excel
Good command of English
User knowledge of ERP systems, SAP knowledge desirable
High motivation and reliability as well as critical, communicative, pragmatic and solutionoriented team player characteristics
