Service Technician Scheduler(M/F/d)

Your tasks:

Central planning and coordination of service assignments within Germany and worldwide
Research regarding entry requirements for foreign assignments
Disposition of our service technicians / field service technicians and suppliers (M/F/d)

- customer correspondence

Support in the preparation of offers
Organisation and support for required test equipment, tools and spare parts

Your qualifications:

Completed technical training, possibly further training as a technician (M/F/d)
Ideally several years of professional experience in the management and leadership of service technicians (M/F/d)
Distinct service orientation with negotiating skills and assertiveness
Good command of written and spoken English
Good knowledge of MS Office
SAP knowledge desirable
Sense of responsibility, initiative, high commitment and flexibility
High customer orientation and enjoy working in a team

A permanent employment contract
5 days fulltime (37.5 / 40 hours) with the possibility of a 4day week (36 hours) and / or mobile work
