- In Deiner Rolle bist Du erster Ansprechpartner bei Versorgungsengpässen von Materialien und kümmerst Dich um ein nachhaltiges Bestandsmanagement
- Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit internen & externen Schnittstellen (z.B. Buchhaltung, strategischer Einkauf, Auftragsabwicklung, Produktion) zusammen
- Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung der Organisationseinheit, sowie Beschaffungsprozesse und deren Abläufe in SAP
- Dabei treibst du die Automatisierung von Prozessschritten in SAP MM voran
- Auch die Beobachtung und Analyse von internationalen Beschaffungs- und Rohstoffmärkten zählt zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du identifizierst und realisierst Kosteneinsparungspotentiale und führst nationale und internationale Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
- Auch die Kennzahlensteuerung und -weiterentwicklung spielt eine große Rolle in deiner Position
- Du führst unsere Buyer fachlich und disziplinarisch und hast dabei die Personal – und Budgetverantwortung für Dein Team
- Dabei achtest Du auf die Einhaltung und Umsetzung aller Arbeitssicherheitsmaßnahmen und entsprechende Unterweisung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter:innen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder des Ingenieurwesens oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Einkauf
- Erste fachliche bzw. disziplinarische Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Kenntnisse im globalen Lieferanten- und Warengruppenmanagement sowie Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht
- Sehr gute Methoden- und Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich Disposition, Bestandsmanagement sowie SAP
- Analytischer Sachverstand und strukturierte Vorgehensweise mit Nachhaltigkeit in der Umsetzung
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe Überzeugungskraft in Verbindung mit einer pragmatischen, erfolgsorientierten Vorgehensweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
