Deine Position

Wir suchen Dich als Procurement Operations Site Lead (m/w/d) Penzberg & Cape Town. Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für die Erbringung von direkten Beschaffungsdienstleistungen, die Unterstützung von Geschäftspartnern für die Herstellung von kommerziellen Produkten von Roche Diagnostics und die Versorgung am Standort Penzberg und Kapstadt.

• Du koordinierst lokale Beschaffungsmaßnahmen und bist verantwortlich für die konsistente und termingerechte Versorgung der Produktionsbetriebe mit Rohmaterialien, Halbfertig- sowie Fertigware
• Zudem verantwortest Du die Einhaltung von Lieferketten, um die Produktqualität zu sichern

Deine Aufgaben

• Du gewährleistet die Sicherstellung der Geschäftsausrichtung und übernimmst die Leitung der Beschaffungs-Business-Partnering-Aktivitäten
• Du kümmerst Dich um die Aufrechterhaltung der Verbindung zwischen lokalen und globalen Aktivitäten
• Außerdem sorgst Du für die Sicherstellung der lokalen Umsetzung von Initiativen und leitest die Durchführung kritischer DOP-Projekte auf Standortebene
• Zudem übernimmst Du die Leitung der direkten Beschaffungsaktivitäten
• Auch die Unterstützung lokaler Prozesse und die Einführung von Technologien zählt zu Deinen primären Aufgaben
• Nicht zuletzt betreust Du die Personalentwicklung und verantwortest die Budgetierung im Rahmen des jährlichen Budgetierungszyklus

Das bringst Du mit

• Du verfügst über einen Universitätsabschluss, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Biowissenschaften
• Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der strategischen und operativen Beschaffung mit umfassenden Kenntnissen der operativen und transaktionalen Beschaffungsaktivitäten mit
• Zusätzlich kannst Du mehr als 7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, einschließlich der Arbeit in einer stark regulierten Branche mit Kenntnis der relevanten rechtlichen Risiken und Fragen vorweisen
• Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Teams und Einzelpersonen erfolgreich mit Feedback und Personalentwicklung zu begleiten, gehören zu Deinen Kernkompetenzen
• Du bist in der Lage, Kommunikations- und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten vorzuweisen, Prioritäten zu setzen, Teams zu leiten und komplexe strategische Initiativen umzusetzen
• Du besitzt umfangreiche Fähigkeiten im Bereich Veränderungsmanagement und Prozessverbesserung mit direkter Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und organisatorischer Veränderungen
• Idealerweise sprichst Du verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch
• Du hast bereits Erfahrung in den Bereichen Biowissenschaften/Medizinprodukte/GMP oder Unternehmensberatung gesammelt
• Außerdem zeichnest Du Dich durch eine hohe Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft aus

At the Penzberg site we are accountable for several procurement services and business partnering support for our product manufacturing operations. In maintaining and continually improving our supply base, we are able to guarantee a high quality standard concerning raw materials, finished/semi-finished goods. Your position

We are looking for you as Procurement Operations Site Lead (m/f/d) Penzberg & Cape Town. You are accountable for the procurement of direct services and business partnering support for the product manufacturing operations at the Penzberg site and Cape Town site.

• You coordinate local procurement activities of the team
• You provide a consistent and timely supply of raw materials, finished/semi-finished goods
• You enable the continuous improvement of the supply base to ensure high product quality standards at optimal cost with minimal sustainability impact

Your tasks

• You ensure business alignment and lead procurement business partnering activities at the Penzberg and Cape Town sites
• You maintain the links between local and global procurement activities, such as the collaboration between local teams and global Category Management teams
• Furthermore, you ensure the local implementation of global procurement initiatives
• You also manage direct procurement operations activities, such as security of supply, cost and sustainability impact
• In addition, you support local processes and technology deployment
• As a coach for procurement staff, you provide opportunities for professional development and lead the team across international boundaries
• You are an impactful leader representing Procurement in the Operations leadership team at the site

What you bring to the table

• You have a university degree, with Business or Life Sciences degree preferable
• You provide a business level fluency in English
• You have 5+ years in-depth strategic and operational procurement experience with extensive knowledge of operational and transactional procurement activities
• In addition, you have 7+ years overall business experience, including working within a regulated industry for regulated categories with familiarity of relevant legal risks and issues
• You are able to prove leadership and management capabilities including the ability to successfully provide feedback and development support to teams and individuals
• You provide excellent communication and project management skills with an ability to set priorities, direct teams, and deliver complex strategic initiatives
• You have experience in change management and process improvement skills with direct experience in delivering complex business process / organizational change
• You have a proven capability in negotiation, conflict resolution and stakeholder management
• You are fluent in English and German
• You provide Life Sciences/ Medical Device/ GMP industry or Management Consulting experience
