  • With portfolio management teams in Zurich, London and New York, Vontobel Asset Management is a specialist investment manager with a multiboutique approach and has a track record of strong and consistent growth. As a multiboutique we focus on Equities, Fixed Income, Multi Asset Class, and Alternative Investing, actively managing over CHF 125bn of assets on behalf institutional and intermediary clients globally.
  • As a house with almost 100 years of roots in the financial industry, Vontobel decided in 2009 to establish its representative office in Frankfurt am Main. Since then, the company and the team have been able to distinguish themselves as a partner for our clients in the areas of mutual funds and institutional solutions. Although the business has grown significantly in recent years, we still see a lot of additional potential in the German market, thanks to an expanded product offering, an excellent track record and our very solid market reputation as a performanceoriented active asset manager. To support further growth, we are looking for a Client Service Specialist based in Frankfurt to support the Head Sales Germany and Austria, as well as the entire team.

Your Opportunity
This is an entrepreneurial role with significant scope for value creation.

A real passion for organisational and structural work and a desire to work in a team are essential.- Supporting Relationship Managers in the delivery of their client objectives.


  • Preparing client and presentation meetings
  • Handling client enquiries and coordinating with internal departments
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans, including acquisition strategy, marketing plan and management communications
  • Monitoring sales activities, sales plans and customer segmentation
  • Contributing to the planning of roadshows and marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team
  • Organisation of team meetings
  • Steering the reporting structures within the assigned customer segments

Requirements:

- a completed commercial apprenticeship, business studies or equivalent professional experience

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • German mother tongue and excellent English (verbal and written).
  • High personal integrity
  • Salesforce knowledge (CRM system) is a big plus
