    Ihre Aufgaben:

    • Unterstützung des Programm-Management-Teams mit den erforderlichen APQP-Core Tools während der Projektphase und darüber hinaus.
    • Proaktive Einbindung in frühe Phasen von Machbarkeitsstudien über die gesamte Lieferkette unter Berücksichtigung der kundenspezifischen Anforderungen.
    • Unterstützung von Prozess-FMEAs im zugewiesenen Projektteam, um potenzielle Risiken zu ermitteln und spezielle Kontrollstrategien für identifizierte besondere Merkmale zu definieren.
    • Entwicklung von Kontrollplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit den lokalen Werken zur Kontrolle der besonderen Merkmale in der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette (einschließlich der Rohstoffe von den Zulieferern).
    • Nachweis der Qualitätsreife in Bezug auf die Erfüllung der entsprechenden Release Gate Deliverables, um die interne Release Gate Genehmigung zu erhalten.
    • Unterstützung von Vorserienproduktionsläufen (Run-at-Rates) zur Sicherstellung der Qualitätserfüllung und termingerechten Markteinführung von Produkten.
    • Nachweis der Prozess- und Qualitätsleistung mit Hilfe von Messsystemanalysen und Prozessfähigkeitsstudien gemäß dem Produktionslenkungsplan.
    • Sicherstellung der frühzeitigen Einreichung der PPAP-Dokumentation, um die Kundengenehmigung rechtzeitig zu erhalten.
    • Lessons Learned aus den Produktionsanlagen zur Unterstützung der Vorgehensweise bei anstehenden Projekten.

    Was Sie mitbringen:

    • abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurswissenschaften oder anderen technischen Studiengängen
    • Etwa 3-6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen der Automobilbranche
    • Fundierte und anwendungsbereite Prozesskenntnisse auch über den Verantwortungsbereich hinaus
    • Selbstständige Durchführung von Workshops einschließlich der Anwendung von Moderationstools (Agenda, Zeitmanagement,...) und ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten
    • SAP- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse auf fortgeschrittenem, selbständigem Anwenderniveau
    • Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
