Summary Statement:The position is
available immediately for the
Duderstadt site near Göttingen.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • In this position, you will manage the training program and content in the respective specialist area and be responsible for business development with regard to the further development of this program
  • You will conduct national and international seminars
  • As a member of the Global Academy, you will be responsible for coordinating certifications and training courses and will be involved in the processes
  • Together with the team, you will develop training guidelines, methodical and didactic training concepts and digital methods
  • Your tasks will also include product training, supporting visitor groups and appearing at trade fairs and congresses

Qualifications:


  • You are an orthopaedic technician with several years of professional experience or have completed a technical degree in the relevant field
  • You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience of which you have worked in the training segment for at least 3 years
  • You are willing to travel and flexible
  • You are considered a strong communicator and a team player
  • You are fluent in German, but also feel confident in English (technical English)
